Description:
As an Administrative Assistant you will support the Manager and a group of people in delivering the business and organization objectives. The job is wide in scope and will involve close partnership with the Manager/Team. You will need to have a good understanding of the business and the organization to effectively organize and support the Manager/Team.
Main responsibilities :
· Performing a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure smooth operating of large regional sales organization (travel organizing, scheduling, expenses, etc.) while also owning the development and regular generation of reports/presentations that help us to review current business status.
· Support the Manager/team in developing the numerous written documents required in this role, i.e. presentations for meetings and customers, monthly letters, etc. (Support also includes handling mail, typing, printing of complex e-mails, travel arrangements);
· Monitor office incoming mail to highlight important and urgent topics, and to share/re-direct as appropriate;
· Coordinating meeting preparation and logistics;
· Keeps/controls personnel e-files and records;
· Purchasing documents processing;
· Supporting of basic HR procedures in terms of hiring/termination/moves document flow;
· Manages communication from CBD Field Distributor Manager to the large CBD organization.

Qualifications:
-Ukraine Citizenship
-Strong English, Russian / Ukrainian skills - verbal and written
-Higher education
-Advanced level of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Excellent organization, problem solving and time management skills to manage demanding work load
-Good communication and collaboration skills
-Exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up
-Flexibility and ability to handle frequent changes and multiple priorities
-The ability to apply solid analytical and problem solving skills both independently as well as in a team setting
-Strong sense of business to assist project-based reporting needs of CBD Field Organization
Starting salary - from 3700 UAH per month gross, previous relevant experience will be recognized; the starting salary is a subject for regular increases based on individual performance.
