Our compensations are above average of Ukrainian labor market (your salary is discussed at the interview and revised regularly according to your performance).
We repay your professional certificates (Microsoft, Sun, Oracle etc.) and also we supply our high talents with the external professional training programs and/or participation in the most significant professional events (both – national and international). Internal professional trainings are conducted by experts of Infopulse competence centers as well as customers’ tutors.
Trips to Europe and USA for training and work are possible.
Compensation & Social packages are replenishes (collects) individually to suit your needs & expectations in the best way.
Compensations included as well:
· acting bonus system for our well-performed employees
· corporative credit program (interest-free)

· transport expenses for our candidates to come to our Kyiv office for an interview
· relocation expenses for successful candidates from other regions
· corporative flat rent to start and support in permanent flat rent in Kyiv.
You would be involved into benefit programs:
· foreign languages learning in the company office (different levels of language skills)
· sport trainings paid fully or partly by the company
· health protection programs (flu vaccination, vitamin addition, fresh fruits in office for winter).
We act according to Ukrainian labor legislations and guarantees for all our employees:
· official work registration (for foreign citizens – on having work permission for Ukraine)
· work 8 hours per day 5 days in a week; flexible work hours could be given
· work-off on Ukrainian official holidays
· annual paid vacations (24 calendar days; may be divided into parts if you will)
· paid sick leave + 5 paid days annually without sick list
· paid maternity leave
and above:
· welfare on your request in occasion of any accidents
· paid medical treatment or surgery (fully or partly).

We continue our charity aid program for Children Oncologic Center.
